Park "Eternal Glory" in Kyiv lies on the Dnipro terraces between Lavrska Street and Dnipro Descent. Covering 18.37 hectares, it is bounded from the south by the ramparts of the Old Kyiv-Pechersk Fortress, the lower part of the park adjoins the historical area of Askold’s grave. The park includes the Memorial of Eternal Glory with an obelisk on the grave of the unknown soldier, the Alley of Military Glory, the Memorial to the Victims of the Holodomor. There are several viewpoints near the memorial area. The park offers breathtaking views of the Dnipro River, the left bank of Kyiv, and the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. Descending the stairs to the middle and lower sections of the park, you will see its paved paths, lanterns, benches and lush natural surroundings.
