The Sailors’ Park is a park in the Podilskyi District of Kyiv, located on the Rybalskyi Peninsula, between Kyiv Harbor and Elektrykiv Street. The total area of the park zone is 2.67 hectares. The history of the park begins in 1967, when a Zhelezniakov monitor and a memorial sign of the crew of this ship were installed on a small green island of the Rybalskyi Peninsula. A sports ground is available within the park. Additionally, it hosts several other memorial structures, notably the monument to the gunboat "Virnyi".
