The Museum of Toilet History is a unique museum in Kyiv, opened in September 2007. It is the first and only museum in Eastern Europe dedicated to the history of toilet culture. It is one of the top 10 most interesting museums in Ukraine. The museum is located in the "Tower No. 5" building, which is part of the "Kyiv Fortress" defense structures. The museum's exposition reveals the history of toilet culture from prehistoric times to the present. It includes authentic exhibits and replicas of toiletries such as chairs, toilets, bidets, jugs, and even toothbrushes, soap, and toilet paper. The museum is proud to have the world's largest collection of souvenir toilets, which is listed in the Guinness Book of Records. The museum features a cinema hall that screens informative videos covering both historical and modern topics.
