Kyiv History Museum

The Museum of the History of the City of Kyiv is a museum and exhibition complex consisting of a permanent historical exposition and an exhibition center. It represents various historical, artistic and educational projects. The exposition of the museum consists of archaeological, numismatic, ethnographic collections, as well as thematic complexes of the modern period. These are Kyiv sights of the late Palaeolithic period (Kyrilivska stoyanka), and archaeological finds of the Stone Age, Bronze Age (Trypil culture), found by Ukrainian scientists during archaeological excavations conducted in the territory of Kyiv, etc. With its unique collection and cultural-educational projects, the museum has become a significant cultural hub of the capital.
