State Toy Museum

The State Toy Museum, part of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, invites visitors to explore a fascinating world of toys with over 15.000 exhibits on display. It presents the history of industrial, folk, and author's toys covering different eras. Dolls, wooden wagons, clay rattles, appliances, and board games – each of these things has its own unique history. The museum features three permanent exhibitions dedicated to the history of toys, Ukrainian folk art, and unique author's works. In anticipation of the holiday season, the museum hosts themed exhibitions featuring Christmas tree decorations, including items that date back to the 19th century.
