Stadium «Metalurh», and now «Slavutych-Arena» – one of the first sports complexes of Zaporizhzhia. During his existence, he saw many impressive battles in the performance of the best Ukrainian and foreign clubs.
In 2006 the stadium was completely reconstructed. Reconstruction lasted for 5 years. During this time, the old structure was completely demolished, and in its place a new modern indoor arena for 12,000 seats appeared. By the way, «Slavutych-Arena» became the first stadium in Ukraine, which meets all the standards of UEFA. In 2010, the stadium hosted the finals of the Ukrainian Super Cup. The victory went to the Donetsk «Shakhtar», who defeated Simferopol «Tavriya» with a score of 7:1.
