This Ukrainian restaurant in Kyiv has undertaken the mission to introduce a young, relevant, and ambitious national cuisine to the world. The interior is made in the city folk style by Ukrainian designers. The menu features lard carpaccio, sous-vide duck leg with buckwheat noodles, and a raw "Cheesecake Caramel" dessert, among other offerings. The bar offers a selection of unique signature cocktails.
