Ostannia Barykada

It is said that somewhere on the Maidan near the Liadski Gate is the Last Barricade. It is a gastronomic and artistic space, a meeting place for free people, a platform for implementing projects that change society. The Last Barricade is a vivid example of a non-standard approach to the development of Ukrainian gastronomic culture. It features entirely Ukrainian cuisine and the first exclusively Ukrainian bar. On the menu are duck specialities, terchanyky with mushroom dip, banosh with bryndza, and pork rinds, among many other offerings.
