Today is Holodomor Remembrance Day. Every year on the fourth Saturday of November, Ukraine commemorates the victims of the three famines of 1921-1923, 1932-1933 and 1946-1947.These tragic events took the lives of millions of people.
On this day, a nationwide action "Light a Candle of Memory" is held, which everyone can join. At 16:00, observe a minute of silence and place a lighted candle on the windowsill.
